I am native speaker of American English. I translate from French into English. I am pursuing a Master of Arts in translation and will finish in July 2006. I have not yet chosen an area of translation specialization, but I have had experience working with and translating mathematical and medical documents.

During the course of my studies, I will be studying literary/cultural, scientific/technical/medical, and commercial/legal/diplomatic translation. I will also learn project management, software localization, and terminology management (Trados®, SDLX®, etc.).
