The sample program on TreeViews is finally available.
Download and unzip
TreeViewExample.zip.
This will create a folder named "04012008" with the source code.
Hope this helps.
Please note the comment in the method treeView1_BeforeExpand() explaining that
it is really not correct as coded.

The code I've been discussing in class to create and display a variable number
of objects is available by downloading and unzipping
CreatingObjects.zip.
Hopefully, the comments will help you understand what is being done.
The comments also have suggestions for changes that you could make to the
code.
You might want to try several changes to see what the effects of these changes are.
