Comparison of the Third, Fourth and Fifth Editions of Boggs

A new version of Bogg's Principles of Sedimentology and Stratigraphy, the fifth edition, was published this year. The fifth edition is condensed relative to earlier editions.  I've conducted a comparison of topics in the three editions for reference. Each edition include 1-2 pages of introduction before the first chapter at the start of each new section of the text. I have lumped these pages in with the first chapter at the start of each new section for simplicity.
