This set, originally a half set, is from the Killimor area of Galway County, Ireland.
    A longer version exists.
The music type and bar-count for the Figures coincide with those of the SOUTH GALWAY SET.
Step pattern:  Gents dance forward on the left foot and ladies begin forward on the right foot.
The movement is almost like a skip.  Connie Ryan called the step Hop 1, Hop 1, Diddey
Diddey Dum.   Lift the heel of the trailing foot and step off lightly on the leading foot.
Repeat with the opposite feet.  Batter on the heel and balls of the feet 1-2-3.   The pattern
has a bit more bounce, but is otherwise similar to the Clare-style step, step, 3-4-5
               (the five-step).
    Swing in ceili hold.
Advance and retire as two half-sets (four-facing-four);  alternately, advance facing-in and
              retire facing-out (Tony Ryan).
Square-the-house and  square-halfway (square two corners forward -- to either “opposite”
or “home”):  begin four-facing-four but dancers turn to dance an anticlockwise square.
Ladies always face forward around the set as gents must dance backward on
               two of the corners.
Bar counts (quantities of measures) for patterns are shown in bold.
The total bar count for each Figure includes an eight-bar introduction of music.
Documentation is based upon workshops taught by Connie Ryan (Cape May, New Jersey
USA, October 1996) and by Tony Ryan (Ellenville, New York USA, October 29, 2005).
