      This is a non-progressive, two-hand, 32-bar pattern danced to old-time waltz music.
Couples take positions around the perimeter of the dance floor facing the line of dance

(lod); the line of dance is anticlockwise .
The pattern is also danced free; that is, dance in the available space as other dancers dance
either the same or another waltz pattern.
Gents dance first on the left foot and ladies dance first on the right foot.
Bar counts for dance patterns are shown in bold.
Documentation is based upon a video workshop led by Pat Murphy.
                   Other versions are danced.
