Sgt. Tommy Ketchum is the son of Dale and Kathy Frazier of East Liverpool, Ohio. He was part of Spearhead when the United States first invaded Iraq beginning the Iraqi Freedom mission. He served his second tour at the Birthday Palace in Kirkit and is now serving his third tour at Camp Hit Iraq near Ramodi and is an E-5 in rank. Tommy is greatly admired by his Uncle Chuck and Aunt Lynn Bailey, also of East Liverpool.
