Future Active Infinitive

To form the future active infinitive, take the fourth principle part, drop the -um, add -urum (to make the neuter future active participle).  Then add the present active infinitive of sum (esse).
Verb Infinitive
amo, amare, amavi, amatum amaturum esse
debeo, debere, debui, debitum debiturum esse
rego, regere, rexi, rectum recturum esse
capio, capere, cepi, captum capturum esse
audio, audire, audivi, auditum auditurum esse

Infinitives do not decline.

The future active infinitive is generally translated like, " to be about to verb".
