Permission is granted to freely use any of the material on this site for educational purposes. The content is owned by the author and Kent State University and is protected by copyright laws and treaties. The author and Kent State University assume no liability for any errors or consequential damages caused by use of any of this material. (I'm not a lawyer, but common sense should apply).

Usage

I request that if you make extensive use of any of this material or create a link to any of these pages that you send me a short e-mail (or other written correspondence). While I cannot stop anyone from downloading any (or all) of these pages to their own site, I would appreciate it if you would ask permission before doing this. In any case, the header and footer (containing the author's name and affiliation and a copyright notice) must be retained.

Why ask Permission?

The purpose of requesting permission for extensive use and linking to this site is NOT so that I can monitor you, but is simply to give me some idea of how useful this site is. Creating and maintaining a 'large' web site is a non-trivial task, and I am after some feedback (and recognition) to indicate that this is a useful exercise.
