Biography

Lockwood Reynolds received his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan in 2007. His teaching and research interests are in microeconomics, labor economics, public economics and the economics of education. He researches issues of educational attainment in higher education, particularly two-year colleges, as well as political budget cycles in higher education funding.
