Biography

Kathy Wilson received her Ph.D. in 1996 from the University of Wisconsin. Her primary field is public economics, and a common theme of most of her research is a focus on inequality and poverty. This theme has included papers on education financing, educational attainment, mental health and poverty, teen pregnancy, disability, and retirement.
