- Managed bar inventory, created menu, oversaw staff, booked entertainment and managed website using HTML.
- 2000-2001 Organized and maintained music library as Music Director for WCSB radio station, Cleveland State University, interacted music company representatives and oversaw a volunteer staff of varying size.
- 2001-2002 Organized and ran annual fund-raiser as Development Director, oversaw staff of volunteers, maintained gift inventory and donor information using Microsoft XL, and created a station program guide using Microsoft Word.
