- 1996-2002 B.A. Philosophy and German from Cleveland State University, Ohio- includes 20 hours of Psychology courses in cognition and statistics.
- 1998-1999 Pädegogische Hochschule, Weingarten, Germany courses in Linguistics, Speech Therapy, and Philosophy taught in German.
- University of Toledo, Ohio courses in German and Spanish languages.
Skills
Customer Service- Over 15 years experience working directly with customers and managing staff in restaurants and bars.
- Managed bar inventory, created menu, oversaw staff, booked entertainment and managed website using HTML.
- 2000-2001 Organized and maintained music library as Music Director for WCSB radio station, Cleveland State University, interacted music company representatives and oversaw a volunteer staff of varying size.
- 2001-2002 Organized and ran annual fund-raiser as Development Director, oversaw staff of volunteers, maintained gift inventory and donor information using Microsoft XL, and created a station program guide using Microsoft Word.
