Personality
Atilius is insane. At least, he's lost his mind insofaras he believes that he is the personally appointed general of Tiamat's mortal forces. He will defer in judgement only to chromatic dragons, which is unfortunate due to his severely handicapped view of common sense. He relishes his ability to obliterate large portions of enemy armies using his breath weapon, and for this reason will charge headlong into combat against far larger forces than his own.
