Oceanography Section 001 - Spring 2012

All readings are from Chamberlin & Dickey's  "Exploring the World Ocean, 1st edition.  Although not specifically listed below, students should also read "What to Watch For" at the beginning of each chapter and the review sections at the end of each chapter ("Questions from Students", "Key Concepts to Review", "Terms and Concepts to Remember", "Study Questions").

Federal copyright restrictions prohibit posting of copyrighted material to the web.  Thus copyrighted images shown during class are not included in the on-line notes.  Also note that some material presented in class (e.g., reviews for exams and discussions of the most frequently missed exam questions) is not posted to the web.
