This is the whole plant, there
are 2 others in different areas of the yard that look just like it.
This one is in sandy soil..part sun. When in bloom, it was COVERED in
flowers and looked great.

The plant in question is the one
in front. The rhodo in back has flowered and looked great. This one has
not yet flowered, but is getting ready to. I have mulched with peatmoss
and given it some Holytone. The soil here is clay and moist. I know
nothing about how it was planted...
