1-4 (2’s hold 1-4) 1,2: lean back/circle in front of face  3,4: end w/flag pointing out to L corner (pole resting on L shoulder)
5-8 (2’s hold) 5,6: step L/pick up R knee, rowboat ending in tuck (silk under arm) 7: swing out arms  8: spin around overhead & chop to L
1-4 (1’s hold) 1-4: 2’s do what 1’s just did
5-8 (1’s still hold) 5-8: 2’s continue
1-4 1,2: all let out  3,4: extended flutter
5-8 5,6: one big dropspin to L  7: drop flag down so it’s vertical (silk down)
1-4 1,2: turn around to L  3,4: flip into tuck (silk down) and pass behind around body (keeping pole vertical until it comes back to the front….)
1-2 finish off move- flag ends flat in front, silk on R
 

1-4 Charleston pickup (1’s first- 2’s hold 1-4)  step L on 1, kick R on 2, etc.
5-8 2’s join in- on 8, flip flag to L (still flat, just that flag is on L side now)
1-4 Box (up to L corner first) on 4, flip silk back to R side
5-8 Hourglass (up first)- end flat
 

1-4 1&: DT  2: toss  3: catch vertical, silk down  4: lean pole/body to L in L hand
5-8 5: switch flag to R hand/side and turn to back  6: step over backwards w/R 7: step over w/L (flag’s in a L slam behind you- holding w/L hand) 8: switch flag so that it’s in a R slam behind you while pretending to sit on pole (R hand in table-top position)
1-4 1,2: swing pole out and around to front (like big bottom of hourglass) while hopping up a little  3,4: roll over R hand to R, ending pole flat (silk on R)
5-8 5,6: set flag on L arm and turn around to R  7,8: let out flag and over shoulder, ending tucked under L arm
 

1-4 1&2: like beginning of Eleanor Rigby (pole/arm swing L on 1, R on &, L on 2) 3,4: let flag out in front, ending flat (silk on R)
5-8 (feet hop apart on 5) 5,6: big bottom hourglass & between legs, grabbing behind R w/R hand  7,8: roll over back of R hand on 7 and set flag on 8 (vertical, silk up)
1-4 1&2&: (bunny hop) holding pole w/R, L hand in tabletop position- hop (feet together) R, back, L, back 3,4: (to R corner) kick w/L on 3, w/R on 4 & land w/pole angled to L (R leg over pole)
5-8 5: hold  6-8: fan kick w/R leg, bringing foot back to normal, and pole vertical
 

1-4 1: slam/lean to L  2: up  3: slam/lean to R  4: up
5-8 5,6: feet hop apart and flag flat overhead (silk on R) 7&8&: shake flag down behind head (L side, R, L, R)
1-4 hop onto L foot, bringing flag overhead and flag in front silk on R)
5-8 turnaround to R (flag flat at end again)

1-4 (hoops hold) 1: balls pointed to L  &: bring in  2: point to R  &: bring in  3: pinks’ balls up (greens down)  &: bring to chest  4: greens up (pinks down)  &: bring in
5-8 (hoops hold)  5,6: turn around to R, ball straight out in front of you 7,8: lean back to L, and back up (hoops- bring the hoops overhead on 8)
 

1-4 (ALL) 1,2: step-ball-change to L  3,4: step-ball-change to R
5-8 5,6: feet hop apart, hoops/balls overhead  7,8: shake hoops/balls overhead (on 8 bring down to chest)

1-4 1,2: 1 dropspin to L (but on 2, grab w/R hand palm up)  3: swing flag up w/R hand and set over into L hand (turning R knee in)
5-8 5,6: pop open to R (swing flag up and back to R)  7,8: spin flag over back of R hand in front of waist, flag ends flat (silk on R)
