Appointments Required: Yes. Kent State University students should contact proctoredtesting@kent.edu to schedule an appointment for their proctored test at least one week in advance of their test date.
Special Instructions:
The proctored testing service will be provided in The service is available to any Kent State University student. Students will be required to present a government-issued or Kent State University photo ID to their test proctor when they come to take their test.
Rescheduling policy: In the event of needing to reschedule an exam, we require 48 hours’ notice (two working business days) to reschedule your exam. While we will attempt to accommodate your request to reschedule, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to reschedule for your desired time based upon our available resources. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered a cancellation which will require a full weeks’ notice to reschedule the exam.
