Location: Office of Academic Services in Founders Hall A110

Appointments Required: Yes. You must make an appointment at least a week in advance. Do not call until the day I told the class you can begin to make your appointments.

Testing Times:

• Mondays at 2 p.m.
• Tuesdays at 4 p.m.
• Wednesdays at 5 p.m.
• Thursdays at Noon
• Fridays at 8A.M.

Special Instructions:

Students should report to Founders Hall A104 at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled make-up time. It is required that you bring a picture ID in order to be admitted to the test site. If you cancel your appointment or fail to show up, your test will be returned to your instructor. It will then be your responsibility to meet with your instructor to determine your eligibility for retesting. All exams are proctored by the coordinator of academic services.
