Lin Lin’s current work includes new media and technology, teacher learning, professional development, and online teaching and learning. Lin has presented and published several papers in the above areas. Before coming to Kent State University, Lin was manager of faculty support and later head of teaching support at Teachers College, Columbia University for five years. While at Columbia University, Lin was also involved in a NSF project as a technology fellow and pedagogical advisor for three years, working with New York City public school teachers and Columbia engineering school professors and graduate students to incorporate technology into teacher education and K12 school curricula.
