    This non-progressive, two-hand, 16-bar dance is danced in waltz hold around the
             perimeter of the dance floor.  (At some sites, the dance is danced free in the
             available space while others dance another fling rhythm pattern.)
    SET FORMATION The line of dance is anticlockwise.
    SET FORMATION Gents dance forward on the left foot and ladies initially dance on the right foot.
    SET FORMATION Bar counts (quantities of measures) for patterns are shown in bold.
    SET FORMATION This two hand dance is also danced as the final figure of the Kildownet Half Set.

Five-steps : REPEAT "MARKER" dance a five-step (step, step, 3-4-5) pattern four times :
          dance diagonally to the gent's left with the gent stepping on his left
          foot and the lady stepping backward on her right foot;
          rock-step with the gent's weight again on his right foot and lady's weight
          again on her left foot as the couple's feet are brought together1;
In-place :           dance lift-3-4-5 in-place1;
          dance diagonally to the gent's right with the gent stepping on his right
          foot and the lady stepping backward on her left foot;
          rock-step with the gent's weight again on his left foot and lady's weight
          again on her right foot as  the couple's feet are brought together1;
In-place :           dance lift-3-4-5 in-place1;
          repeat the ten lines above4;
House on : full house forward in the line-of-dance (lift-2-3-4)6; double2;
Repeat : repeat from   REPEAT "MARKER"   as desired.
