    This non-progressive, two-hand, 16-bar dance is to begin with dancers in a single
              file (gent behind the lady) around the perimeter of the dance floor.
    The line of dance is anticlockwise.
    There should be a gentle, side to side, shoulder-sway during the pattern.
    Gents and ladies begin forward on the left foot.
    Bar counts (quantities of measures) for patterns are shown in bold.

  SET FORMATION   SINGLE REELS (VARIABLE BARS)
Dance in/out : REPEAT "MARKER" holding uncrossed hands at the front dancer's shoulders, dance in
          and out once (down-2-3 to the left then to the right)2;
Forward : march/walk forward in the line of dance (1-2, 1-2)2;
Dance in/out : dance in and out once, as above2;
Change places : release hands; ladies dance anticlockwise as partners change places
          (gents dance in-place as the lady dances around);
          take hands as above2;
Dance in/out : dance in and out once, as above2;
Change places : release hands; gents dance anticlockwise as partners change places
          (ladies dance in-place as the gent dances around);
          take hands as above2;
Dance in/out : dance in and out once, as above2;
Turn the lady : release right hands; form an arch with the left hands and the lady dances
          anticlockwise under the arch (full turn); take hands as above2;
Repeat : repeat from   REPEAT "MARKER"   as desired.
