FIGURE 1 -- POLKAS (104 BARS)

	Dance an ordinary polka step (down-2-3).
Top couples:	first top gent and second top lady dance anticlockwise (pass one another
	left-shoulder-to-left-shoulder) near the center2;
	turn clockwise to face one another and take waltz hold in the center2;
	swing in waltz hold4;
	still holding high hands (gent's left, lady's right) from the swing, take partner's
	right hand forming a line-of-four; lead around anticlockwise to respective
	homes; drop opposite couples' hands during the final two bars when
	dancing to-place at home8;
All couples:	swing corner partner in waltz hold6; dance to home2;
	repeat from     with second top gent/first top lady, first side gent/second
	side lady then second side gent/first side lady leading72.

FIGURE 2 -- REELS (168 BARS)

	Dance an ordinary reel step (lift-2-3-4).
Top couples:	take crossed hands (rights on top) and advance and retire twice8;
	house each other anticlockwise (to the right), still holding crossed hands8;
	advance and retire twice, still holding crossed hands8;
	house each other clockwise (to the left), still holding crossed hands8;
	swing in waltz hold8;
Side couples:	repeat from      40.

FIGURE 3 -- REELS (168 BARS)

	Dance an ordinary reel step (lift-2-3-4).
All couples:	chain:   face partner; beginning right-hand-in-right with partner, chain around
	the set (gents anticlockwise, ladies clockwise)12;
	swing in waltz hold4;
First top couple:	form an arch (right-hand-in-right) and the lady turns clockwise three times as
	she dances inside the set, ending with partners having changed places6;
All couples:	line up:  first top gent reverses to join second side and first top lady reverses to
	join first side; second top couple pass one another left-shoulder-to-left-
	shoulder and reverse to line up with respective side couple (line-of-four
	gents facing line-of-four ladies)2;
	lines take inside hands and advance and retire twice8;
	individual dancers dance to respective homes4;
	original partners swing in waltz hold4;
	repeat from      with second top, first side then second side couple leading120.
