    Often an eight-bar introduction of music is played.
    This non-progressive 16-bar two hand dance may be danced anticlockwise around the
              perimeter of the dance area (the line of dance) or danced freethat is, be danced
              in the available space while others dance this or another fling rhythm dance.
    Gents dance forward on the left foot and ladies dance forward on the right foot.
    Bar counts (quantities of measures) for patterns are shown in bold.

  SET FORMATION   FLINGS  (Variable BARS)
All couples: begin side-by-side (gent on the left) facing forward in the lod, in
          open waltz hold (inside arms at one another's waist behind and no-touching
          with the outside arms);
HEEL AND TOE TAPS REPEAT "MARKER" with weight on the inside feet, lift the outside foot (as above, gent's left, lady's
          right) and tap heel, then tap toe, then tap heel 1;
DANCE ON dance forward in the lod 2-3-turn to face against the lod; (turn into one another
          simultaneously placing the new inside hands at partner's waist behind)1;
REPEAT repeat the above heel/toe/heel tap and dance on three times (against, in then
          against the lod)6;
DANCE AT HOME take waltz hold and dance at home (two revolutions, lift-2-3-4 step)8;
REPEAT repeat from   REPEAT "MARKER"  as desired.
