Often a four-bar introduction of music is played.
This non-progressive 16-bar two hand dance may be danced anticlockwise around the
perimeter of the dance area (the line of dance) or danced free--that is, be danced
in the available space while others dance this or another march rhythm dance.
Gents begin forward on the left foot and ladies begin forward on the right foot.
Bar counts (quantities of measures) for patterns are shown in bold.
Documentation is based upon a workshop in Toronto, Canada in April, 2001.
              Other versions are danced.
