This West County Clare, Ireland set was derived from the PLAIN [POLKA] SET. |
| |
Chain: Ladies give right-hand-to-right, at waist-height, in the center then left-hand-to-left |
| to the opposite gent (who has danced into his partner's position); form and arch and | |
| the lady dances under the arch and around the gent; the gent follows the lady around | |
| at his position; ladies do not chain in the center when dancing to home; they give | |
| right hands to their original partner; the gent turns the lady anticlockwise under | |
| an arch to-place. | |

Swing in waltz hold. |
| |
Gents dance forward on the left foot and ladies begin forward on the right foot. |
| |
