    This set is from County Mayo, Ireland.
    Swing in ceili hold in Figure One and in waltz hold in Figures Two and Three.
    Chain:  Ladies give right hands in the center at waist level then take the opposite gent
              left-hand-in-left (also at waist level) and dance around him (no arch) to home.
              The ladies do not chain when returning home.
    The home area for this set is commonly spelled SRAHMORE.
    Visit crossover:  Holding crossed-hands, couples dance forward to face the couple on the
              left2, backward to opposite2, forward to face the next left couple2 and backward
              to home2;  this crossover must be danced fluidly with no delays at any position; 
              the lady must move slightly ahead of the gent when visiting the first and third
              positions; the gent must move slightly ahead of the lady when visiting the second
              and fourth positions.
    Gents dance forward on the left foot and ladies begin forward on the right foot.
    Bar counts (quantities of measures) for patterns are shown in bold.
    The total bar count for each Figure includes an eight-bar introduction of music.
    First side couple is on the right of the first top couple.

Dance an ordinary jig step, down-2-3 and batter-step as shown.
Top couples: REPEAT "MARKER" visit (crossover and return—see heading)8;

holding inside (closest) hands, lead around in file anticlockwise inside the
          set (ladies lead)8.
Side couples: repeat from   REPEAT "MARKER"   32.
All couples: dancers face left and form a single ring (file); each dancer places both hands
          on the waist of the dancer in front; dance clockwise around the set,
          battering with the outside feet:  heel/toe (gents’ left, ladies’ right) then
          down with the other foot (gents’ right, ladies’ left)16;

repeat the single ring dance around the set above16;

Dance an ordinary reel step, lift-2-3-4.
All couples: take hands in a circle and advance and retire twice8;
ladies: pinwheel clockwise with the right hands in the center3; change direction
         and hands1; pinwheel with the left hand and dance anticlockwise outside
         the set to-place at home4;
gents: pinwheel clockwise with the right hands in the center3; change direction
          and hands1; pinwheel with the left hand and dance anticlockwise
          to-place at home4;
swing in waltz hold8;
lead around clockwise; gents dance on the outside with right arms at the lady’s
          waist behind; she places her left hand on his right shoulder8;
ladies: REPEAT "MARKER" pinwheel with the right hands in the center4; pinwheel with the left
          hand and dance in front of partner then outside the set to-place at the
          next position on the right4;
gents: pinwheel with the right hands in the center4; pinwheel with the left hand
          and dance to-place at home to meet a new partner4;
swing new partner in waltz hold8;
lead around clockwise as above8;
repeat from   REPEAT "MARKER"   until original partners lead around96;
