This progressive, two-hand, 32-bar dance is to begin with couples in a ring around the
dance area.  Partners face one another with gents on the inside of the ring facing
anticlockwise; ladies face clockwise on the outside of the ring.  Partners hold
              right hands.
If danced non-progressively, the patterns may be danced free in the available space
while others dance this or another polka rhythm pattern.
The line of dance (lod) is anticlockwise.
Gents dance on first on the left foot and ladies begin forward on the right foot.
Bar counts (quantities of measures) for patterns are shown in bold.
