Welcome to Cougar Walker's personal website! The latest
website news is at the bottom of this page, but first, a brief introduction
to me...
I am currently a senior at Kent State University, at
the main campus (still). I am a sociology major, with a minor in Gay and Lesbian
studies, and Crafts (specializing in Jewelry/metals). I have been involved in
several student groups on campus, including PRIDE! Kent, Delta Lambda Phi, the
Kent Student Sociological Collective, Common Ground, and the Kent Neopagan Coalition.
I have held Executive Board positions in almost all of these organizations,
including Executive Director of both PRIDE! Kent and the Sociology Collective..
As should be obvious from the groups that I am involved with,
I am gay. I am out to most of the people I know, including my family. There
was a time when being gay was half of the focus of my life. But now I have integrated
it into myself, and it's simply a part of who I am.
My hobbies include reading, writing, cooking, and of course
the internet. I also do metalsmithing (It's why I'm a crafts minor). It's a
very time-consuming hobby, and expensive, until I get to the point where I'm
good enough to sell my work.
I am active on Livejournal, and have integrated my journal
into this site. This way it's easier for everyone to find, as well as being
easy for my LJ friends to see my website. Be forewarned about my livejournal.
I generally don't hold back on what I talk about. If there is something you
might not want to hear about me or what is going on in my life, you might not
want to read it.

05/10/04 - Changed color scheme. Updated information on Start page. Removed the gay page, and placed the essay into my writings. Added the link to my LiveJournal.
05/01/03 - Completed Adding columns for the year. Repaired some Grammatical Errors. Updated my theater Resume. Added some pictures to the photo gallery.
11/05/02 - Added Samhain ritual to Book of Shadows
11/03/02 - Added my Daily Kent Stater Columns up to date. Removed poetry from writing section temporarily. Began working on paganism section. Book of shadows started. Removed the Farinth page from the menu until I can get pictures of Her.
10/03/02 - Repaired menu and added logo
09/05/02 - Complete redesign... Changed graphics, text, and links
