KENT CORE LEARNING OUTCOMES ASSESSMENT

Every semester, the Department of Mathematical Sciences assesses the successfulness of its Kent Core courses by analyzing the results on the finals in all sections taught on the eight campuses of Kent State University. The analysis is based on the existing Learning Outcomes for these courses. In order to enable this assessment, a report has to be submitted after the semester ends for each section of the following courses: MATH 10771, 10772, 10774, 10775, 11008, 11009, 11010, 11012, 11022, 12002, 12011, 12012, 14001, 14002 (10041 is not included here because it is handled separately by the course coordinator). At Kent State University at Stark, we us a form which is prepared in MS Word. The Department is no longer asking for copies of the finals.

·         Please download the form here, complete it, and save it naming the file as follows: semester_course#_section#.pdf, for example, F15_11022_650.docx.

·         E-mail the completed form to the Stark Mathematics Coordinator.
