  • Created and launched the framework that enabled TUESS to provide online product delivery
  • Built and managed a portfolio of approximately 300 clients communicating with TUESS through electronic means
  • Established client support for the online software package, Remote Online Services (ROS) incorporating written, verbal and online communications.
  • Worked with Information Systems department to develop customer-driver ROS enhancements

  • Created user interfaces and optimized business processes in student bus transportation
