Theory II MacGamut Installation

You will need:

1. MacGamut CD

2. Flashdrive

 Procedure

1. Install MacGamut on your computer

2. Obtain the MGS file from MacGamut.com (see directions on the MacGamut CD)

3. Create a folder on your flashdrive and name it <Yourname> MacGamut

4. Copy the Start.Mgs file to the folder on your flashdrive

5. Rename the Start.MGS file <yourname.mgs>

6. Download the following files to the “MacGamut folder on your flashdrive Right click on each file and select "save as":

   Theory II Presets MG6.mgp

   Theory II Melodies 2003.mgm

   Theory II Progressions 2003.mgh

   Theory II Rhythms 2003.mgr

    

7. With the MacGamut CD in the CD drive double click on your MGS file

8. MacGamut will launch and you will get the Check Name and Presets window

9. Select CHANGE PRESETS

10. From the file window go to your MacGamut Folder on your flashdrive and select the Theory I Presets MG6.mgp

11. Agree with the subsequent screens and you should be ready to go
