OTHER INFORMATION: Schultz worked with Machlup and Garfield. She gave a collection of original research reports to Babbage Institute. She taught at Drexel University at the new Information Science program. "One of the early and successful users of punched cards for information retrieval" (Farkas-Conn). Schultz attempted to define the profession and tie in the present with the past and the future. The first to attempt to record ADI's early history. At 1961 ADI meeting, she organized a "state-of-the-art seminar on documentation and information retrieval" which was the basis for the Annual Review of Information Science and Technology (ARIST) (Farkas-Conn).
