General Project Goal: Implement one of these products to facilitate editing large groups of MARC records for KentLINK.

Goals/Requirements:

1. Supported or source code available to us.
2. Runs under NT/2000.
3. Outputs data correctly formatted for KentLINK.
4. Hopefully does not require a new KentLINK/III loader.
5. Easy for staff to learn/use.
6. Affordable.
7. Maintains integrity of 001 field.
8. Install from network.
9. Best: launch from network.
10. Editing with one of these products would occur OFFLINE from KentLINK.
