Inventor/Scientist Quest ~ Nomination Form

All nomination speeches must include:

-An introduction stating why you are nominating 

 your scientist for the (AWARD)

-The biographical information on your research form

-Three interesting facts not relating to scientific contributions

-Three scientific contributions relating to energy

- A conclusion stating why your scientist is most deserving of

  the award
