There are three prerequisite courses for the Senior
Seminar: Intermediate Microeconomics,
Intermediate Macroeconomics, and Econometrics. As we phase in the Senior Seminar as a required
course in the economics major we have made exceptions for students who have
completed two of the courses and are taking the third concurrently with the
senior seminar. All such exceptions
are at the discretion of the instructor. |

Beginning in the 2005-2006 academic year,
the department operates under a quite limited policy of exceptions. Few exceptions will me made to this
requirement. If you are planning to take this course and you do not expect to meet
the prerequisites please consult with me ASAP. |
