FIGURE 1 -- JIGS (88 BARS)

	Dance an ordinary jig step (down-2-3).
All couples:	house anticlockwise around the set in waltz hold8;
Top couples:	pass through and dance to-place at opposite (ladies dance through the
	center of the other couple; gents cross outside as couples pass
	right-shoulder-to-right to-place4;
	repeat the preceding pass through to home4;
	swing in waltz hold8;
	repeat from    16.
Side couples:	repeat from    32.
All couples:	full house in waltz hold8.

FIGURE 2 -- POLKAS (144 BARS)

	Dance an ordinary polka step (down-2-3).
Top couples:	house around each other in waltz hold8;
	take right-hand-in-right and advance and retire once; during the retire, raise
	the hands up/over the lady's head; hold right hands at the lady's right
	shoulder (gent's arm across the lady's shoulders)4;
	holding hands as above, crossover anticlockwise, lifting then lowering right
	hands to waist-height in front as both dance to-place4;
	repeat the preceding advance and retire and crossover8.
All couples:	swing in waltz hold8.
Side couples:	repeat from    32.

FIGURE 3 -- JIGS (144 BARS)

	Dance an ordinary jig step (down-2-3).
Top couples:	house around each other in waltz hold8;
	first top gent and second top lady dance clockwise around one another twice
	in the center (right-shoulder-to-right), ending near respective home8;
	top gent and first top lady take hands (his left, her right) then take also their
	partner's hand (top gent:  right to partner's left, second lady:  left to
	partner's right); as a line-of-four, lead around anticlockwise to-place,
	releasing hands on bar six8;
	swing in waltz hold8.
Side couples:	repeat from    with second top gent/first top lady, first side gent/second side
	lady then second side gent/first side lady leading72.

FIGURE 4 -- POLKA (240 BARS)

	Dance an ordinary jig step (down-2-3).
Top couples:	ladies chain:  ladies grasp right forearms in the center then dance on to the
	opposite gent (who has danced into his partner's place); grasp left
	forearms and couples dance (turn) around twice; ladies then dance
	to home right-shoulder-to-right without chaining8;
	swing in waltz hold8;
	first top couple house inside the set while the second top couple stand holding
	right hands at the lady's right shoulder (gent's arm across the lady's
	shoulder); first top lady ends the house inside beside the second top gent
	and he takes her left hand across her shoulder; first top gent takes the
	ladies' other hands in front, thus forming a wheelbarrow or push-pull
	formation8;
	trio plus one  advance, retire, advance and ladies turn beside the first top gent
	(first top anticlockwise, second top clockwise) and the first top gent takes
	the across-the-shoulders hold; the second top gent holds the ladies' other
	hands in front as above8;
	new trio plus one   advance, retire, advance and ladies turn in (first top lady
	clockwise, second top lady anticlockwise) to form a circle-of-four in
	the center (ladies' hands on the gents' shoulders)8;

All couples:	take hands in a circle and advance and retire twice8;
	swing in waltz hold8;
	take open waltz hold and lead around anticlockwise; gents only dance a full
	circle; the ladies dance on to the next position on the right, dancing
	behind the gent, outside the set, to-place during the final two bars8;
	repeat from     until original partners lead around; ladies do not dance on
	to the next gent on the right but rather swing with their own partner
	after the final lead around)96;
	take hands in a circle and advance and retire twice8;
