Chain: Low follow With a waist-level hold for all contacts, ladies first take right |
| hands in the center and dance on to the opposite gent (who has danced into his | |
| partner's position); partners take left hands and dance anticlockwise around one | |
| another (no arch); ladies dance to home without chaining in the center. | |
| Note the added turn in Figure Two. | |

Swing in ceili hold. |
| |
Steps: Dance two threes forward (for lead around and advance) or backward (for |
| retire) then dance two threes on-the-spot. Dance the latter with a down on the | |
| inside foot then a heel-toe-heel-toe-heel-toe batter with the outside foot; | |
| repeat the down and batter. | |
| |
Gents dance forward on the left foot and ladies begin forward on the right foot. |
