System Testing

Make sure that it all works. Be exhaustive and tireless. Check it all. Fix what is wrong. Get it right. Document it all: who spotted what problems and who fixed them. When?

Client Acceptance

Is the system acceptable and if not what are you going to do to make the client happy. Get a sign-off when the client approves.

Technical Maintenance Documentation

Here is where your program documentation (also including comments and proper program organization) must be completed. Do it as you develop - not as an after thought. Ask the instructor for details about what is expected - do not guess! It will be evaluated on completeness and clarity. Most particularly it will be evaluated on whether the documentation can be used by others to maintain, fix and expand the application after you are gone. This is harder than you think because you have a lot of application technical knowledge in your head - get it on paper!
