As a physical educator, I
believe it is my obligation to establish and maintain a safe and effective
learning environment that will allow my curriculum to:
- Contribute to the
overall development of each student.
- Provide
opportunities for all students with different strengths and skill levels
to be successful.
- Aid in the
development of well-rounded individuals.
- Highlight students
demonstrating honesty, respect, fair play, and cooperation inside and
outside of the gymnasium.
- Promote the
development of skills used in everyday life.
- Engage students in
variety of activities that contribute to a healthy and active lifestyle.
- Shed a positive
light upon physical activity and motivate students to be lifelong
movers.
