L13 has open for the following national acts: Brownie Mary(1999); Johnny Winter(2000); Lynyrd Skynyrd(2001); Ted Nugent(2001); Deep Purple(2001); War(2001); Mountain(2001); Judas Priest(2002); and EARTH WIND & FIRE(2002).

L13 was voted BEST ROCK BAND at the Cleveland Music Festival in 2001.

L13 was one of fifty bands selected to play at the '00-'01 Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Battle of the Bands in Cleveland. They competed December 2, 2000. They were selected as one of eleven finalists that played on January 24, 2001.

L 13 was one of thirteen bands selected to play at the 1998 & 2000 Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame High School Rock Band Series in Cleveland. They are the only band that played there two years in a row.

L 13 won the 1999 & 2001 People's Choice Award at the Mountain Dew High School Rock Off in Cleveland. There are over 65 bands in these competitions every year.

L13 was a finalist at the 2000, 2001, & 2002 Mountain Dew High School Rock Off in Cleveland. They are featured on High School Rock Off CDs Volume 2, Volume 3, and Volume 4 available at Best Buy.

L13 was the opening act of the 1999 & 2000 Crooked River Blues and Jazz Festival in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. There were over 30 bands including: The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Chuck Mangione, Blood, Sweat, & Tears, Leon Redbone, and Bo Diddley.
