    Gents dance forward on the left foot and ladies begin forward on the right foot.
    Sevens and Threes:  Partners stand side-by-side without touching; dance sevens
              (1-2-3-4-5-6-7 in gallop-style with beginning weight on the trailing foot) to bypass
              one another;  the partner dancing to the right, dances to the rear of his/her partner;
              dance two threes in-place (down-2-3, down-2-3); dance sevens then threes back to
              the starting point;  the pattern is to be danced low-to-the-floor (non-céilí style).
    There are no Ladies Chains in the set.
    Swing in waltz hold.
    Bar counts (quantities of measures) for patterns are shown in bold.
