About Me
I am a first year graduate student at Kent State University, studying for an MA in French Translation and an MBA. I am a native speaker of (American) English and have been studying French since 1999. I have visited several French-speaking countries (including France, Switzerland, Belgium, Canada, Haiti, and Morroco) and lived in the French countryside for two years, from 2009 until 2011.
Along with Translation from French into English, I am also studying in order to receive a Master's in Business Administration, with the desire to one day manage my own business. By receiving an MBA I hope to open more doors for myself in the business world, whether that leads to a job in free-lance translation, free-lance marketing, or both!
