IS-Intern Listserv
"Listserv" is generically used to refer to any email based mail list. It once referred to a specific application but is now used generically.
What will be posted on the IS-Intern Listserv?
The bulk of the postings to the Listserv will be job announcements related to IS internships. Other postings will include general IS job and intern related announcements (such as job fairs, new web resources, etc.).
Who should subscribe?
This list is intended for any KSU student or alumnus who has any interest in Information Systems / Technology internships. Subscribing does not commit you to anything and you may unsubscribe at any time.
How many messages will I receive?
It will vary. We want you to have access to all pertinent announcements so we will not restrict it to a specific number. Currently it will average out to just a couple per week.
OK, how do I sign up?
1. Go to: http://listserv.kent.edu/cgi-bin/wa.exe?SUBED1=is-intern&A=1
2. Enter in your name and email address (leave all other settings at their default).
3. Click Join IS-INTERN.
4. You will receive a confirmation email with a link that you MUST click to confirm your subscription. The email should arrive within 24 hours.
If you have tried to sign up for the Listserv and have not been successful, you may email your name and email to abrandyb@kent.edu. Please do try to subscribe as above before contacting the administrator.
How do I unsubscribe?
1. Go to: http://listserv.kent.edu/cgi-bin/wa.exe?SUBED1=is-intern&A=1
2. Enter in your name and email address (leave all other settings at their default).
3. Click Leave IS-INTERN.
