It is said
that history repeats itself. Some posit that
there is a cyclical pattern that occurs every forty years. Could there
be something to this? How would we know? Comparing and contrasting two decades known as eras of change, the 1920's and the 1960's, might shed some light on this. Select a topic to explore, then compare and contrast what you've learned about that topic for both the 1920's and 1960's. Although it is currently beyond the scope of this website it would be interesting to then compare those decade topics to our present decade, the 2000's. |
