My course project for Advanced Cartography is to
create a website on the World Wide Web. The project consists of a personal
webpage to be created in the class which shows off my work in Advanced
Cartography dealing with Cartography, map production and symbolization in ARC
GIS, and the WWW . It contains a homepage, an Advanced Cartography main page,
animated maps page, map mash-up page, a page to my lab log blog, a 3D geo-visualization
page, as well as a page for the 3D flyover of my choice of place. This webpage
is based on a state that I was to choose. My page is based on Arizona, so I
have pictures of Arizona, a map mash-up of Arizona which includes historical
and non-historical locations in Arizona, and my 3D geo-visualizations and 3D
flyover which are of the Grand Canyon in Arizona.
