German-English Translation

One of my passions is providing people with solutions and new innovations to help make their lives easier. Translation is my specialiy, and I continually strive to improve my skills as a German-English translator. I am currently pursing a master's degree in translation in the highest ranked public university program for translation in the United States.

By translating, I offer a quality service to help people gain new clients, expand their businesses in foreign markets, and improve their reputation as internationally operating firms and businesses. Since I own my own business, I realize just how important this--And your presence is--In retaining, gathering, and satisfying customers. Since you'll be my customer, I want to do my best to provide a product that I can stand behind and would be proud to feature as a part of my marketing.

I am (admittedly) a little bit of a nerd and enjoy science; naturally, it follows that I am interested in scientific and medical translation. Discovering more about the fascinating things in the world around us is delightful for me, and translating is also fun for me--If you've got something that makes people scratch their heads and frown, send it my way and I'll be happy to look it over for you.

This drive and curiousity has also led me to enjoy literary translation; there's always something new in every novel or text I read, and the interaction between characters and plot dynamics is always interesting for me. Making this content available to readers who otherwise wouldn't have had access to the text is a great privledge and I will preserve the character, nature and mood of the text to convey the same brilliant qualities of the original to the foreign audience. Please don't worry if I send you emails about your text, either; I'll try not to be a pain in your side, but will want to make sure I've got just the nusance, or feeling in a passage when I translate since I want the best for both you and the future readers
